Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm is a versatile and aromatic herb cherished for its myriad uses in culinary and medicinal applications. Here at the nursery, we make a delightful summer tea out of lemon balm and various mints that cools you down from the inside out. It has a long history of use as a stress reliever, sleep aid, digestive soother, and cold sore healer. Bees love this plant when it blooms in the summer.
