        Rattlesnake Master | Eryngium yuccifolium
🌿 Ships well rooted in a 3.5 x 5 inch deep pot. Well established root system and ready to plant! May arrive dormant and without leaves/foliage December - April.
A striking and unusual native perennial, Rattlesnake Master is known for its spiky, thistle-like flower heads, sword-shaped leaves, and incredible value to pollinators. Blooming in mid to late summer, it produces globe-shaped clusters of silvery-white flowers that attract bees, butterflies, wasps, beetles, and other beneficial insects in abundance.
Once used by Native Americans, Rattlesnake Master's root was traditionally valued and, as its name suggests, was associated with remedies for snakebite. Today, it remains a conversation piece in the garden—equally at home in prairie plantings, pollinator gardens, and native landscapes.
