Native to the Andes, Yacon thrives in warm climates and produces large, sunflower-like foliage with edible, water-rich roots that taste like a cross between apple and watermelon. Yacon has a similar texture to jícama. The purple-skinned variety offers an extra pop of color and sweetness!
