Common Milkweed

Of all milkweeds, this and swamp milkweed are the favorite breeding grounds of the monarch butterfly! Common milkweed can spread via rhizomes, forming large colonies over time. Manage spread by digging up unwanted shoots if necessary. Among the milkweeds, this species is the best at colonizing in disturbed sites.

Arrives in a well rooted 3.5" x 5" pot.
