The Ken's Red Hardy Kiwi is a unique variety of cold-hardy kiwi renowned for its striking red skin and deliciously sweet fruit. Originating from New Zealand, this kiwi variety is well-suited to temperate climates and offers vigorous growth and high yield. One of the largest hardy kiwis available. Fruits turn red when ripe.

Requires a male pollinator within range to get fruit. Also requires a strong trellis! Posts should be 4" to 6" diameter to support plant and fruit weights.

Arrives well-rooted in a 3.5” x 5” pot.

1/2 day to full sun and well-drained soil, does not like wet soils
